Cristian 'Kit' Paul, Creative Director & Partner Brandient, in the 2010 Hiiibrand jury

Hiiibrand is the most important design competition in China

The jury for the prestigious logo design competition in China called for Cristian Kit Paul (in Chinese, 克里斯坦·凯特·保罗), along with Wally Olins, Joe Duffy and other high caliber branding specialists,  to decide the professional and student finalists.

In the Best of the Show category, Kit voted for the Tianwei Textiles logo explaining: "Probably because my own background is based on rebranding of large entities and I know how challenging a high-stake program can be. The TT symbol is a powerful and witty monogram, accompanied by a simple and functional wordmark in a clear yet vibrant composition, establishing for Tianwei Textiles an energetic and reliable identity."

Hiiibrand 2010
competition received 4136 entries from more than 60 countries. The preselection lasted 4 months and listed 202 finalists - 164 logos in the pro category and 38 in students' category. The winners were announced at the end of April 2011.
