eMag, Domo and Zuzu entitled Romanian Superbrands
Three brands created by Brandient featured in Superbrands 2011/2012
We designed the new identity of eMAG in 2010. Only one year after, for the first time in top Romanian Superbrands, an online retail brand outrunned the brick-and-mortar retail brands. We created a modular logo for eMAG that each day would express a new reason of enjoyment. This strategy enabled a versatile communication platform suitable for an online brand and also earned eMag a Golden Transform Award in London.
In the Retail electronics category, eMag and Domo occupy the first two positions.
Domo is the leading retailer on the Romanian home appliances and electronics market. After we have created the new DOMO identity in 2005, we have upgraded it in 2008 by introducing the Do and Mo avatars, the playful, stripy dog and the cheeky cat. They gave the store a playful and friendly personality and increased the visibility and memorability of the multi-awarded brand.
We also have a Superbrand winner in the Milk and dairy products category : Zuzu, the brand we created for Albalact in 2005.
The definition of a superbrand by Nielsen is one that offers high quality products or services, delivers trust and can be differentiated from other brands. Consumer Superbrands Programme started 15 years ago and is present in over 100 countries. The local project is developed together with Nielsen Romania.
