— Graphic design education and credentials;
— Minimum 8 years experience in brand/identity design and/or advertising agencies;
— Capable to devise strategic design solutions, to lead people and projects and to run convincing presentations for demanding clients;
— Exposure to complex and/or international projects is a plus;
— Relevant portfolio required.

— Good academic credentials (preferably at Master's level);
— Minimum 5 years proven experience in a marketing, strategic planning or management consulting environment;
