Brandient creates Qlarivia

Low deuterium purified water

Brandient created the brand Qlarivia® for a somewhat unusual product, that is purified drinking water.

A group of Romanian researchers and scientists designed a water –purification system, patented and gold-awarded at the EUREKA Brussels Inventics Show. The water is purified by having its deuterium contend reduced, thus bringing it close to its primordial state. Obtained through this process, Qlarivia® Immaculate Water is, according to these specialists, a product benefiting the body’s general state of being.

The name was created by Brandient, from “clar” (clear) and “vie” (alive) basic word roots, and the use of initial letter “Q” instead of “C” underlines the scientific/technologic features of the water purification process.

Product design encompassed graphic identity as well as package redesigning. The minimalist approach in packaging design, using transparencies and translucent colours conveys the idea of simplicity, purity and clarity. The graphic creative design goes to Cristian Petre, Brandient Partner. Visual identity applications, as well as the web site concept (, belong to Alin Tamasan, Senior Designer Brandient.
