Triumph for Brandient at Identity: Best of the Best 2006
Brandient receive multiple awards at the international design competition
Brandient received three awards and 10 nominations, being the most visible presence at the international logo and corporate ID competition Identity: Best of the Best 2006, organized by the Identity magazine in Moscow. The competition attracted 153 branding & design companies from 24 countries, with a total of 970 entries in five categories. The jury featured high profile industry names like David Hillman/ Pentagram, Gary Horton / Attik, Margo Chase / Chase Design, Bill Gardner / Logo Lounge, Steven Addis / Addis etc.
Brandient was the single most awarded and shortlisted firm in the competition, with 13 works shortlisted in all categories, out of which 3 prizes. Domo and Smartree corporate identities were awarded the second prize in Retail, respective Services categories, while the Radiocom logo was awarded third prize in Industry category. Additionally, the logos for Domo, Smartree and Albalact and the corporate identities for Europharm, Savana, Zuzu, Albalact, Brandient, Smartree (packaging) and Gabi Szabo were nominated to their respective categories.
Although in Romania the graphic design is not yet regarded with the due respect and confidence, Brandient will continue to invest to the enhancement of the local design industry and strive to transfer to its clients the belief in this modern business instrument.
