WANTED: SENIOR BRAND DESIGNER
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced brand designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring versatility and expertise to contribute effectively to large-scale branding projects.
The job
- To excel within a distinguished team of brand strategy and design experts,
- To successfully compete against — and stand out among — fellow Brandient designers by identifying superior solutions,
- To provide meticulously developed design-based responses to business opportunities and challenges,
- To apply design concepts across different brand expressions with accuracy and innovative thinking,
- To represent and maintain the integrity of Brandient’s standards and core values.
The candidate
- Is a motivated person with a passion for excellence and style,
- Possesses the maturity to understand that no project is too small to matter,
- Demonstrates resilience and perseverance, willing to discard satisfactory work in favor of delivering only the exceptional,
- Holds relevant design education and credentials,
- Has at least one more superpower besides identity design, whether it be UI/UX, 3D, or motion graphics,
- Is a deep-seated medium agnostic, as interested in RGB as in CMYK.
This position is based in our Bucharest office and necessitates on-site attendance, at least initially until the candidate becomes well-acquainted with our team and company culture.
