Mihaela is managing the business development, overseeing the major consultancy projects, and writing remarkable strategic brand narratives.
Her experience consolidated over hundreds of communication and branding projects in various industries and, previously, in somewhat entrepreneurial advertising milieux — since 1999.
With a degree in Philosophy, a MA in Philosophy of Culture (with a thesis in Kitsch Aesthetics), and a postgraduate in Communication Sciences, Mihaela is a mature, balanced, and knowledgeable professional with outstanding writing skills, sound consultancy acumen, and structured conceptual thinking.
The penchant for organizational branding and corporate culture projects comes from a personal interest in social psychology, neuro-leadership, and behavioral economics - fields that, by chance, happen to have a lot to do with branding.
From naming to narratives, Mihaela likes delivering the „wording”, and words don’t come easy always. And although naming becomes harder and harder nowadays, it remains her favorite intellectual toy in branding.
