We are pleased to announce today two special events for our organization: the promotion of Solène Cesbron to the position of Senior Brand Designer, and of Luiza Cluve to the position of Senior Brand Consultant.

Solène Cesbron has been in the Brandient design team for four years, time enough to demonstrate to us not only talent and knowledge, but also a character and a personality that fit perfectly the Brandient culture.
Solène is a prodigy in label design — with a preference for wine labels (how else, being French?) and one of the most serious and applied corporate identity designers our company has had the chance to cross paths with. Moreover, our team is more optimistic, more jovial and more connected to everything that is eaten, drunk and danced around Bucharest, thanks to her. Solène and her husband Ciprian have together three wonderful children.
In the new role, Solène will take over more responsibilities in the creative strategy area and will exercise a position closer to the client.
Luiza Cluve joined the Brandient team less than two years ago, but coming from a marketing executive position, which gave her an advantage in understanding and competently exploring the business perspectives of the clients Brandient serves.
An ambitious professional and a fast learner, Luiza has proven in this time very good capabilities of critical and creative judgement, as well as the capacity to build and control relationships and resources. Also, Luiza's expertise in the new digital economy has helped Brandient in the projects with this profile.
In the new role, Luiza will be exposed to projects with major impact on Brandient's business, as well as to strategic decisions at company and project level.
We therefore begin 2020 with a stronger team for both major business directions — strategic consultancy and design — and with the same mission: to create and revitalize emergent brands with accelerated growth.
