Bucharest and Singapore, April 2024
We are pleased to announce that, in Brandient’s twenty-second year, two key professionals—Mihaela Rădulescu and Adrian Stănculeț—have become partners.
„Sunt onorată să îi primim pe Mihaela și pe Adrian ca parteneri în compania pe care am fondat-o împreună cu Kit și Mihai acum douăzeci și doi de ani. În felul acesta nu numai că recunoaștem contribuția lor distinctă la creșterea businessului și în livrarea standardului serviciilor noastre, dar și putem să privim cu speranță spre viitorul companiei.”
“I am honored to welcome Mihaela and Adrian as partners in the company Kit, Mihai, and I founded 22 years ago. By doing so, we recognize their distinct contributions to the growth of our business and the delivery of our service standards, and we also look forward with hope to the future of our company.”
—Aneta Bogdan, founder and managing partner Brandient
The two new partners join the three founding partners and, together with the entire team, will continue to support the destiny and vision of a company that has created and revitalized hundreds of local and international brands, contributing to the generation of billions of euros in brand value for their owners. According to the 2023 ranking published by Brand Finance, among the top 50 most valuable Romanian brands, 15 brands revitalized or created by Brandient account for over 2 billion euros in brand value.
Mihaela Rădulescu has been the managing director (Romania) since 2019 when she joined the team permanently after several years of collaboration with Brandient. With prior experience in dozens of communication and branding projects in major agencies and her own firm, Mihaela has participated in all the significant Brandient projects over the last five years, especially those involving organizational branding and corporate culture. A brand consultant with structured conceptual thinking and mastery in the art and science of narratives, Mihaela graduated in Philosophy from the University of Bucharest, followed by a master’s degree in Philosophy of Culture at the Faculty of Philosophy and a master’s degree in Communication Sciences at FJSC.
Adrian Stănculeț is the design director, having joined the Brandient team in 2012 after ten years of experience in advertising and branding and a classical education in design (University of Arts Bucharest). In his 12 years at Brandient, Adrian has been involved in and led dozens of design projects across multiple business sectors. Adrian specializes in critical thinking of complex identity systems where design transforms chaos into order, and his achievements are recognized by the most prestigious international awards such as Pentawards, REBRAND 100 Global Awards, Graphis Design, and the German Design Award—and are published globally in specialized books.
About Brandient
Brandient is an independent brand strategy and design consultancy founded in Bucharest in 2002 by Aneta Bogdan, Cristian Kit Paul and Mihai Bogdan — never part of a global network, working directly for the owners, CEOs and boards of its clients, with an all-senior team and category exclusivity. In over two decades the firm has created or rebuilt more than 300 brands, 279 of them published as case studies at brandient.com/work — from Romania’s national leaders to brands carried worldwide. The firm has been active in Southeast Asia for more than a decade. The work has earned 84 international awards and distinctions — most recently a Red Dot (2025) and two Graphis Golds (2026) — 64 documented mentions in international design books and publications, and, in 2015, a place among the inaugural inductees of the REBRAND Hall of Fame, alongside Interbrand and MetaDesign.
