The job:
- To work on brand consultancy assignments — research, analysis, business and organizational assessments, judgment and idea generation, presenting and staging,
- To perform as a project management lead for the allocated projects,
- To build up and sustain Clients' liaison, including the financial relationship,
- To be able to work with leading managers and entrepreneurs,
- To thrive in a high-profile team of brand strategy and design specialists,
- To represent and maintain the integrity of Brandient’s standards and core values.
The candidate:
- Is an assertive and persuasive advocate of intangible knowledge,
- Has a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in branding consultancy, strategic and creative communication fields, or management consulting environments,
- A previous experience in branding or exposure to an international environment is a plus,
- Has good academic credentials; a master’s degree in business or communication is a plus,
- Has strong business writing and presentation skills,
- Has a strongly analytical mind, able to bring order to complexity,
- Is conversant with business language and with social media & technology,
- Is a believer in the greater good of design.
This position is based in our Bucharest office and necessitates on-site attendance, at least initially until the candidate becomes well-acquainted with our team and company culture.
