Brandient launches the report State of Branding in Romania 2026 at BT Stup, Bucharest, on Friday 30 October 2026, with Aneta Bogdan FCIM and the researcher Daniel Enescu.
Bucharest, October 2026
On Friday 30 October 2026, at 11:00, Brandient hosts “State of Branding in Romania 2026” at BT Stup in Bucharest: a conference on what is new in branding and how Romania’s business community sees it. Aneta Bogdan, Brandient’s managing partner and the author of Branding on the Eastern Front, the Brandient team and the researcher Daniel Enescu present the first edition of State of Branding in Romania, a project of Brandient, which has created or rebuilt more than 300 brands since 2002, supported by the market-research platform Frappe Digital.

The report draws on research carried out during October 2026: an online survey of 172 companies in Romania, answered by their owners and founders, executives, board members and brand managers, each working through a questionnaire of up to eighteen questions. The answers were read question by question and alongside the comparable European studies of design and branding. The findings are presented for the first time at the conference: when and why companies turn to branding, who decides and how the brand is seen inside the company, how the brand is measured, and how companies see the Romanian market and its brands.
The conference is open to business owners and executives, communications professionals, students and anyone with an interest in branding. The findings are presented and discussed with the audience.
The conference falls on the first public day of Brandient XXIV: Moments of Consequence, the firm’s anniversary exhibition of identity design at the same venue, open from 30 October to 6 November 2026, 09:00–17:00, with free entry.
Where and when. BT Stup, Calea Șerban Vodă 206–218, Bucharest. Friday 30 October 2026, 11:00. Admission is free while seats last.
About Brandient
Brandient is an independent brand strategy and design consultancy founded in Bucharest in 2002 by Aneta Bogdan, Cristian Kit Paul and Mihai Bogdan — never part of a global network, working directly for the owners, CEOs and boards of its clients, with an all-senior team and category exclusivity. The firm has been active in Southeast Asia for more than a decade. The work has earned 84 international awards and distinctions — most recently a Red Dot (2025) and two Graphis Golds (2026) — 64 documented mentions in international design books and publications, and, in 2015, a place among the inaugural inductees of the REBRAND Hall of Fame, alongside Interbrand and MetaDesign.
