Supporting growth
Equiliant is a Romanian investment fund founded in 2019 with the clear objective of supporting small and medium local businesses that have a clear vision and solid business outlooks.
Brandient defined the brand mission as “Supporting growth” and created its narrative and visual identity to match the ideas of development, nurture, stability, and value, all key brand attributes.
The "Equi" particle (denoting meanings of both financial equity and fairness) was combined with the ‘Liant’ word, which in Romanian translates into bond or connector. The wordmark treatment amplifies the strengths of the verbal identity, as well as the brand promises, as it presents two types of fonts, one akin to each part of the name and its meaning. A delicate yet powerful symbol — a golden tree — is bound and supported by the initials of the name, with a graceful ligature that becomes the center of the strong and balanced letter.
The system is dressed in dark teal and gold — with true gold foil on the finest pieces — and framed by thin gold consolidation vectors: corner brackets that quietly hold each layout together, the way the fund means to steady the businesses it backs.
Note: starting 2024, Equiliant was fully integrated into Paval Holding, which took over the investment activity of Pavăl family.
