Since 2005, ShopMania Biz had been Romania’s leading SaaS e-commerce platform — more than five thousand online shops, with offices in Romania, Bulgaria and Serbia. To grow the platform on its own terms, its owner decided to separate the B2B business from the consumer-facing ShopMania brand and give it a name of its own. Brandient was engaged to rebuild its strategy and identity as MerchantPro.
The name carries the brief: Merchant names the audience and the category, Pro the promise of professional-grade delivery — Anglo-Saxon in form, ready to travel internationally. Brandient positioned MerchantPro as the preferred partner of e-commerce entrepreneurs, established and aspiring alike: a complete platform that builds online shops fast, flexibly and affordably, localized to its merchants’ language and markets, with the customer care and partnership attitude that keep small businesses loyal.
The identity signals a digital-forward, dependable ally — a symbol-and-wordmark system in a deep navy with a vivid neon-green accent for striking contrast, set in Proxima Nova and carried across corporate stationery, livery, website, digital banners and a brand animation.
