In 2019 BT mandated Brandient to advise on the new digital bank brand identity and strategy — asking for naming and design solutions, as well as positioning brand promises and strategic architecture solutions within the bank portfolio.
NeoBT name is self-explanatory, projecting the company's ambition to make performance into the neobanks category.
NeoBT was launched as the “New generation of online banking from Banca Transilvania” — an internet and mobile banking platform offering the whole UX rethought and redesigned from scratch — including branded gestures, capable of putting the brand in the position to direct and mediate sentiment-charged actions.
