A cause-driven brand, championing the purpose of national brain (re)gain, and positioning Romania as a credible destination for young tech talent.
A project initiated by the local leading IT talents recruiting company Brainspotting, the brand is rooted in the model and doctrine of the digital jobs marketplaces, offering recruitment services and networking opportunities.
The LoginRo name is self-explanatory in supporting the brand purpose, a call to action for the Romanian and international IT talents to connect (“log in”) to Romania.
The visual language is innovative, utilizing a custom typeface that's inspired by the binary machine code of zeroes and ones. This typeface is enhanced with features — ascenders, descenders, shoulders, arms, and tails — set in contrasting colors, illustrating the brand's human, networking-focused aspect, along with its mission to foster connections and synergies within the community.
This custom typeface becomes the distinctive voice of the brand. All keywords set in this typeface turn into straightforward yet memorable key visuals, further promoting both the humanistic and commercial objectives of the program.
