Western standards meet an Eastern mindset
Euroanswer is a Romanian business-process-outsourcing company — founded in 2003 and grown nearly fourfold since, delivering customer experience in twenty-eight languages from centers in Romania, Macedonia and Ukraine to clients across more than forty countries. As it set out to compete with the category’s bigger players, Brandient was engaged to redefine the brand: its positioning, its narrative and a new visual identity.
Brandient repositioned Euroanswer as a full BPO partner for multinational corporations — regional in footprint, global in reach, expert across both emerging and established European markets. The brand idea brought the two halves of its advantage together: Western standards meet an Eastern mindset — a multicultural, cosmopolitan, technology-fluent team that speaks not only the languages of its markets, but the language of the brands it represents. Euroanswer was defined as a triple-faceted brand, at once corporate, services and technology.
The new identity made that visible. A logo built from a spectrum of colored squares — yellow through purple — signals an aggregation of business possibilities and a cosmopolitan, tech-savvy character; the squares recompose into a dynamic graphic system, carried through a brand book, a narrative and an employer-brand platform — a brand that talks business but serves people.
