Brandient crafted the brand identity of Palas Iași, an expansive real estate project in the historic city of Iași, and one of the largest in Eastern Europe.
Brandient was entrusted with the task of developing the brand strategy, visual identities for various components, and an appropriate graphic platform for Palas Iasi, a unique, multi-faceted real estate project in the historical city of Iasi. This private venture, a massive €260 million investment, generated over 4000 new, permanent jobs, established a city within a city, and integrated residential, commercial, entertainment, and business spaces. This project was conceived with a vision of transforming Iasi into a brand destination, appealing to Romanians, Moldavians, and other Europeans.
Guided by the client's desire to encapsulate a sense of urban sophistication, complexity, and allure, Brandient developed a brand idea to unify the entire spectrum of sub-brands required for the project's diverse components (residential, business, entertainment, and commercial). The result is a cosmopolitan brand that encourages a joie de vivre, aligned with modern lifestyle standards. It communicates a cosmopolitan spirit of the location in all brand manifestations, both at the corporate and sub-brand levels.
Inspired by Iasi's rich royal history, the logo embodies a modern heraldic approach. Its design incorporates colors and symbols, each representing different functional areas of the real estate portfolio, generating a versatile meta-logo. This all-encompassing, modern, cosmopolitan brand aims to inspire visitors, tourists, city residents, company employees, and business partners.
